The main focus of these classes on the mat is to strengthen our physical and mental well-being in order to further deepen the spiritual, cultural and emotional connection to oneself; as well as to extend that compassionate connection off the mat to others.

Smriti grew up in Nepal where Yoga was engrained in her as her family values. She learned about Pranayama at the early age of eleven from her Grandfather Mr. Kirti Brahmananda Joshi, who was a Yoga & Meditation practitioner himself.
In Nepal Smriti led a Yoga class through a health show that aired on the Kantipur Television, one of the largest Media company of the country.
In Sydney NSW, Smriti offers her Yoga, Meditation and Pilates classes online and face to face.
